Whether you’re arriving for crisis stabilization or transitional living, here’s what the process looks like at our Woodward facility.

You’ll have your own space, daily therapeutic programming, and staff available around the clock. We’ll work with you every step of the way.

What to bring for a crisis stay

Bring this

  • Min. 5 days of medication in original labeled bottles with accurate prescription details
  • Comfortable clothing — no more than 5 days’ worth
  • Phone and charger
  • Comfort items (blanket, pillow — staff discretion)
  • ER or hospital discharge paperwork (if applicable)
  • Over-the-counter medications (permitted)
  • Essential medical devices
